Within this Sacred space, we can explore and discover what it is that holds you back from embodying and embracing your true and authentic feminine self.

We will uncover the ways in which you are living that deny your feminine wisdom and keeps you small, or disempowered, whether it is from a general wounding of this patriarchal system, or a specific event you have experienced in your life, this is a space in which you get to reclaim your power, your voice, and your own knowingness.

As we begin, we will enter into a discussion of what is currently calling your attention, to get into what you are ready to shift and transform in your life. From a clear and connected place, intentions can be set, and the work can then begin. In these sessions the work is a combination of any one of the following, based on what is being revealed, spiritual counsel, teachings to remember and honor the true sacred feminine nature within, Shamanic journey experience, hands on healing, and/or embodied movement practices.

Throughout the session I will remain open and connected to the benevolent and loving spirit of the Divine Mother and our sacred Earth Mother, allowing them to guide the work, to honor what is unfolding and needing attention to cultivate what serves your personal healing at this time.

At the end of our session, a brief share to claim the wisdom of what has been revealed will occur, as well as how continue to support the integration of the work that has been done.

If this is a single experience, a follow-up session is recommended to allow for deeper held process and integration of the work which may include Spiritual Counsel, Journeywork, or Embodiment practices or a combination of these things, however this work serves best to those who continue over a period of time.

Either during our discovery call, or your first session, we can discuss what may be the best way to honor what will serve your highest unfolding, as well as practical concerns such as budget.

Be nurtured into Wholeness…

This is a laying of of hands experience, to be held and nurtured by the light and love of the divine mother’s energy. Allow yourself to receive as I open to the channel of her powerful, wise, and compassionate gifts she has to bring into your body and your life. Allow yourself to be moved, or to rest in stillness as she returns you to wholeness through her gentle touch of love.

Upon arrival, we will have a discussion of what is arising within that needs tending and is ready to transform and heal, to return you to wholeness. When intentions feel clear, the work can begin.

I will start with drumming to enter into sacred space, making intentional prayers for the work, and to invite the divine mother and any other loving, healing spirits that will honor, serve, and guide me in the work to be done. When the drum is put down, the work will begin, allowing my hands and body to become a channel for the loving, healing light that will support and guide your body in becoming an open, receptive vessel of your true nature and light. When this work is complete, the drum will call you back into the space, and we will discuss of any key elements of your experience. And finally, we will feel into, and receive guidance on how you may best integrate the work that has been done.

Receive direct revelation of the divine self through your body, as you learn to be present and allow movement to come through you. Becoming aligned in the truth of who you are.

This is an experience of Conscious body explorations, that awakens and reclaims your authentic feminine nature, through listening, sensing, feeling, and honoring what is moving through you.

Become the bridge between heaven and earth, a sacred vessel for divine wisdom to channel through you, and become manifest, Become a Spirit Embodied.

The body reveals our beliefs, thoughts and feelings through movement patterns and expression.

In this work, we can awaken your awareness of these patterns that you may begin to transform what no longer serves you, as you move into a deeper embodiment of your true self.

In each session, we will begin by checking in with your body through movement to uncover what is presently showing up and revealing itself in your body, led by the guiding spirits, we will explore various types of movement and work through your body to bring restoration, alignment, and healing.

In our practice, we will slow down and work with sensation, to unfold what is happening in your body physically, emotionally, and mentally.

We will work with movement forms that teach detailed, conscious alignment while building balanced strength and flexibility, if that is what’s being guided, or we will set you free to experience fluid and flowing movement forms that are more guided through sensation.

Ultimately, we will be cultivating in you the ability to listen to and attune to the wisdom your body holds for you.

In working with movement that comes from truly honoring sensation, you can develop the ability to listen to the wisdom your body has to share with you, as you come to witness the personal patterns held in the body, and connect this with mental stories or emotions you may have been experiencing or carrying in your body. From there, you can make conscious new decisions in how to move your body and even, navigate your life..

This is an opportunity to reclaim the sacredness and power of the feminine body, to break free from and heal patriarchal indoctrination and judgement of the body by returning to wholeness through this ancient way of experiencing and knowing the body.

This is a process and it is recommended that you choose to participate in multiple sessions over a period of time. We can discuss what will best serve you following your initial session.

There are times in our lives when we are ready to leave behind what no longer serves us, and call in something new. These are moments when we are standing at a threshold, saying goodbye to the old self, and claiming a part of self that is now ready to come out and be shared with the world. This is when ceremony is called for.

If you are feeling called for this, we will choose a date within the following month for this to happen. Over the time following, we will have 2-3 phone calls to discuss what you are wanting to claim in this ceremonial time. You will be free to invite women of your choosing to hold, witness and join you as you step across this threshold. From these discussions and understanding of who will be present to witness and hold you, I will create your ceremony.

On the day of ceremony, your women will be invited to arrive early to be a part of setting up the sacred space and to understand the container we will be holding for you throughout this journey.

This is a powerful and sacred experience of love, transformation, and reclaiming. It is an ending and beginning, it is death and rebirth. It is YOU saying I AM…!

A few days after ceremony, we will have a final call, to check in and discuss your experience, as well as support your integration.
