A Spirit Embodied
A One-Day Workshop in Embodiment, Healing & Divine Alignment
Saturday, December 5, 2026 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Come out of the head. Come home to the body. Reconnect with the truth of who you are.
What if your body is not something to overcome, control, or disconnect from—but the very place where your deepest wisdom, healing, and divine connection live?
We live much of our lives through the mind, shaped by what we have been taught, the experiences we have carried, and the expectations of the world around us. In the process, we can lose touch with the wisdom that lives within our bodies and the deeper knowing that longs to guide our lives.
A Spirit Embodied is an invitation to return.
A concentrated, daylong immersion into the experience of embodiment, this workshop offers a dedicated space to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter into a deeper relationship with your body, mind, and spirit.
Through teachings, guided practices, conscious movement, reflection, and embodied exploration, we will begin to listen to the body in a new way—not as something to fix or perfect, but as a sacred vessel of sensation, intelligence, and connection.
The body is the bridge between heaven and earth, the meeting place between our earthly self and our divine self. Within this relationship lies an opportunity to discover what we have been holding, reconnect with our inner knowing, and create space for a more authentic expression of who we are.
An Invitation to Experience Embodiment
Throughout the day, you will be invited to slow down, turn inward, and explore the wisdom of your own body.
Together, we will explore:
● Conscious Body Awareness — Deepening your connection to sensation, movement, feeling, and presence.
● The Body as a Pathway to Healing — Bringing awareness to the emotions, protective patterns, and conditioning that may keep you disconnected from yourself.
● Reconnecting with Inner Knowing — Learning to listen more deeply to your body’s wisdom and recognize the difference between conditioned responses and your own inner truth.
● The Relationship Between Body, Mind & Spirit — Exploring the body as a meeting place between your earthly self and your divine nature.
● Reclaiming Your Inner Authority — Opening to a way of living that is more connected to your own wisdom, truth, and authentic expression.
This is not about forcing change or becoming someone new. It is about creating the space to feel, listen, discover, and remember.
To meet yourself where you are.
To become more present within your body.
To reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you.
Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is for anyone feeling called to deepen their relationship with their body, explore embodiment, and reconnect with a more authentic sense of self.
You may be longing to move beyond living primarily in your head. You may be curious about the relationship between your physical body and your spiritual life. You may be seeking a deeper connection to your intuition, or simply feel the call to slow down and listen to yourself in a new way.
No previous experience with embodiment practices is necessary—only a willingness to be present, curious, and open to your own experience.
A Day to Come Home to Yourself
A Spirit Embodied can be experienced as a stand-alone workshop—a meaningful opportunity to explore embodiment and experience this work firsthand.
It is also an introduction to the deeper journey of Embodied Womban, a yearlong exploration of feminine reclamation, body sovereignty, and embodied wisdom. For women who feel called to continue, this workshop can open the doorway to that deeper work.
Whether this is your first encounter with embodiment or a continuation of a path you have already begun, you are welcome to come exactly as you are.
Be who you are. Reclaim your sovereignty. Remember the wisdom of your body.
Out of the head. Into the body. Into the heart. Into your divine truth.
