At the Hidden Yoga Studio
With so much illness going around our studio, we wanted to offer you a chance to take some time to build awareness in strengthening your immune system with a gentle practice of deep body listening through slowing down and finding stillness in your asana practice. We will work through a sequence of a simple asanas and restorative poses to bring consciousness around how to honor and tend to our bodies. Throughout the practice Sarah will offer hands on healing to deepen the care, support, and restoration of the body.
